Wind turbine installation vessel N996 delivered

The wind turbine installation vessel N966, built by COSCO SHIPPING (Qidong) Offshore, started the sailing on 20th December 2022  to serve at Dogger Bank, the world’s largest offshore wind farm located more than 130km off the North East coast of England. 

N966 is the world's first self-elevating and self-propelled WTIV at the 3,000-ton class and the main crane’s lifting capacity reaches over record-breaking 3,200 tons. The vessel’s maximum lifting height can reach 325 meters, with an operating depth of up to 80 meters and a payload of over 16,000 tons. 

DMA supplied HVAC&refrigeration system package including chiller, air handling unit, fan coil unit, fire damper, heaters, etc, for this vessel, and finished commissioning successfully.
